We have a 1,926sf commercial kitchen available for use outside of our normal operating hours. The kitchen includes:

  • Conventional oven & six burner range
  • 36″ griddle/flat top
  • 24″ char-broiler
  • Two stacked convection ovens
  • Three compartment sink, with additional pre-rinse sink
  • Hobart commercial dishwasher
  • Three stainless steel prep tables
    • One table with 4 prep sinks
    • One table 2 prep sinks
    • One table with no sinks
  • Space for wire rack storage
  • Walk-in refrigerator space
  • Walk-in freezer space
  • 3 door reach-in refrigerator
  • Floor space for additional equipment
  • Two hand sinks
  • Two lavatories
