This email will have three forms to be filled out and brought to the first day of each session: Identification and Emergency Information, Consent for Emergency Medical Treatment, Liability Release and Student Guidelines.
When we have processed your registration, we will send a second email to confirm that we were able to sign up for the session(s) you selected.
Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please do not submit payment for the deposit or session until you have received the second email. This email will also include instructions for how payment can be made using either the Zelle phone app, through your bank’s online bill payment system or by a check made out to “Ohlsen Foods” and mailed to us.
